this happened today once, but got quick repaired
It is the weekend so you know there is nobody at IGG offices... and you know nobody from IGG plays our game so the only way they know if something is wrong is if you write support and they may not even check that on weekends - (our Sunday evening is their Monday morning)...
ok sooooo I just got on the computer and tried to start he game
For me it does not even get to the IGG video on start up I just get this:
