Goal
Train to Maneuverability LvL 71

Requirements
Maneuverability : LvL 61 and above --
ATTN : If you haven't rebuilt / upgraded your ship to a LvL 7 Raider, you will NOT get Manuev EXP
Ship : LvL 7
Telescope : LvL 6 Nightingale

Recommended

Sea Mermaid

Coordinates
Suggested number of sailors : 15 - 25
I sent 199 sailors at a time and would loose 20 - 28 sailors to death or illness many times. (October  1, 2011)
Yet I never had to restart my discovery process due to lack of sailors... after about 100 died sailor amount would seem to level off to a small trickle loss with sailor replenishment. Sometimes got 30 extra sailors.

All level 7 discoveries give one of the following 4 rewards when Authenticated
17,430 Coin & 310 Reputation
20,334 Coin & 332 Reputation
22,240 Coin & 355 Reputation
26,145 Coin & 380 Reputation

If you find and authenticate all of the level 2 discoveries you get a Total Reputation: undetermined

As usual your Maneuverability while sailing is 1% of your voyage experience (yellow numbers) & your profession experience is 5% of your Voyage experience.

When you make the actual discovery you get a "boost" of extra manuverability;
For level 7 that "boost" has not been determined.
I have no idea how those numbers are calculated or if they are random or fixed per discovery.

***WARNING***
As of October 1, 2011...
I have noticed the white chat is not always correct!!
Many times it would say a high number of sailors injured but only a few actually were.  So watch your "green" bar for actual amount of sailors dead or injured!!

Goal

Requirements
Maneuverability : LvL 71 and above
Ship : LvL 8
Telescope : LvL 7 Dawn

Recommended
Exploring Finger Ring

Sea Mermaid

Coordinates
Suggested number of sailors : 20-30

** I lost as many as 25+ sailors then would get another 25 injured in succession... but I sent out 199 sailors each time and never had to restart my exploring.  However you definately go through sailor healing kits...and if you are not already using them, I suggest the 100 use Sailor First Aid kit from the item mall.  Unfortunately they no longer sell the 50 heal per click... just the 25.  - Ele  October 6, 2011

All level 8 discoveries give one of the following 4 rewards when Authenticated
20,160 Coin & 406 Reputation
23,520 Coin & 433 Reputation
26,880 Coin & 461 Reputation
26,765 Coin & 522 Reputation

If you find and authenticate all of the level 8 discoveries you get a Total Reputation: Approx 48,662 (missing one or 2)

As usual your Maneuverability while sailing is 1% of your voyage experience (yellow numbers) & your profession experience is 5% of your Voyage experience.

When you make the actual discovery you get a "boost" of extra manuverability;
For level 8 that "boost" has not been determined.
I have no idea how those numbers are calculated or if they are random or fixed per discovery.

Coordinates changed to match E-book October 7, 2011

Use the E-book auto track when ever you can.  The numbers written in the E-book are not the same numbers you stop at though they are generally with in 3 or 4 digits.
But because you will not always see sparkles after you sail over the spot even 3-5 times, if you use auto track, you will know you are in the correct spot and can send sailors out exploring immediately.

***WARNING***
As of October 1, 2011...
I have noticed the white chat is not always correct!!

  Level  9

Sources : Vardamir, Nexus01, elfolek, Japi

Goal
Train to Maneuverability LvL 91

Requirements
Maneuverability : LvL 81 and above
Ship : LvL 9
Telescope : LvL 8 Dark Pupil

Recommended
Exploring Finger Ring
Far-watching Necklace
Sea Mermaid

Coordinates
Suggested number of sailors : 25 - 35

** I lost as many as 30+ sailors then would get another 22 injured in succession... but I sent out 199 sailors each time and never had to restart my exploring.  However you definately go through sailor healing kits...and if you are not already using them, I suggest the 100 use Sailor First Aid kit from the item mall, and stopping for any drifters you see in the Asia area.  Unfortunately they no longer sell the 50 heal per click... just the 25.  - Ele  October 14, 2011

All level 9 discoveries give one of the following 3 rewards when Authenticated
22,890 Coin & 419 Reputation
26,705 Coin & 522 Reputation
30,520 Coin & 555 Reputation

If you find and authenticate all of the level 9 discoveries you get a Total Reputation: 56,016

As usual your Maneuverability while sailing is 1% of your voyage experience (yellow numbers) & your profession experience is 5% of your Voyage experience (used Emperor Guardian profession char).

When you make the actual discovery you get a "boost" of extra manuverability;
For level 9 that "boost" has not been determined.
I have no idea how those numbers are calculated or if they are random or fixed per discovery.

Coordinates changed to match E-book October 14, 2011
** a few were so far off from written E-book coordinates, I am using actual E-book tracking coordinates (where I stopped sailing and found the discovery).

Use the E-book auto track when ever you can.  The numbers written in the E-book are not the same numbers you stop at though they are generally with in 3 or 4 digits.
But because you will not always see sparkles after you sail over the spot even 7 -9 times, if you use auto track, you will know you are in the correct spot and can send sailors out exploring immediately.  Though watch white chat... these discoveries are tough any even though you get 100+ provisions you still may be in the wrong spot.

***WARNING***
As of October 1, 2011...
I have noticed the white chat is not always correct!!
Many times it would say a high number of sailors injured but only a few actually were.  So watch your "green" bar for actual amount of sailors dead or injured!!

  Level  10

Sources : elfolek, bigvj, Slay13, Chinese site, Discoveries Guide Discussion

Goal
Train to Maneuverability LvL 100

Requirements
Maneuverability : LvL 91 and above
Ship : LvL 9
(Yes, you don't need L10 ship. But, you need a Golden Compass -- see Recommended below)
Telescope : LvL 9 Starry Night

Recommended
Uniform with high sailor damage
Golden Compasses
Exploring Finger Ring
Far-watching Necklace
Sea Mermaid

Coordinates
Suggested number of sailors : 30 - 45

** I lost as many as 35+ sailors then would get another 25 injured in succession... but I sent out 199 sailors each time.  I had to restart my exploring (ie I killed all 199) about 7 times.  Again, you definately go through sailor healing kits...and if you are not already using them, I suggest the 100 use Sailor First Aid kit from the item mall, and stopping for any drifters you see in the Asia area.  Unfortunately they no longer sell the 50 heal per click... just the 25.

All level 10 discoveries give one of the following 3 rewards when Authenticated
25,830 Coin & 589 Reputation
30,135 Coin & 624 Reputation
34,440 Coin & 625 Reputation

If you find and authenticate all of the level 10 discoveries you get a Total Reputation: 82,588 - 82,688 (missing 3 discoveries)

As usual your Maneuverability while sailing is 1% of your voyage experience (yellow numbers) & your profession experience is 5% of your Voyage experience.

When you make the actual discovery you get a "boost" of extra manuverability;
For level  the level 10 "boost"; one of the values is 3,972,213 Maneuverability points. (using a regular lvl 10 raider ship)
I have no idea how those numbers are calculated or if they are random or fixed per discovery.

Level 10 Discoveries are not in the E-book.  I have added some of the coordinants where I found the discoveries.
- Ele  October 21, 2011

***WARNING***
As of October 1, 2011...
I have noticed the white chat is not always correct!!
Many times it would say a high number of sailors injured but only a few actually were.  So watch your "green" bar for actual amount of sailors dead or injured!!
