This is an old chart...
The healing value numbers changed long ago.
However the theory/ premise of the values changing with the stunt levels is the same.

I had a guild mate ask me how come I got +30 when ever I was healing and why he was only getting +8.

Well I knew it had to do with the Medicine stunt "Healing"  but did not realize that it combines with the Alchemy stunt "Effectiveness Enhancement".

Healing Stunt (Medicine)
Effectiveness Enhancement Stunt (Alchemy)

The Maximum Healing value you can get is +35
So you get
+35 x 10 for a low level HP or low level SP Potion or No weight (HP) potion (over a 10 second period)
+35 x 20 for a secondary HP or secondary SP Potion (over a 20 second period)
+35 x 30 for a high level HP or high level SP potion (over a 30 second period)

Ele my no weight take 10 seconds, secondary 20, high 30.

i have 10 healing 10 intensify and i heal +28

Along with this,

You can also effectively double your recovery rate as well.
Setting you Auto Heal time to 1s will come close to doubling the amount you recover .
Every time you use a potion, you gain the +amount of HP you recover in addition to the continuing benefit of the previous pot. So a 1s spam on the pots will give you up to 70 HP/SP a second recovery rate.

Using the Auto Recovery never quite reaches max though, the only way to truly double it is to manually spam click the pots yourself.

ok I changed the heal length numbers  
thought my 2ndary was high lvl pot.... counted wrong.

This all started because my guild mate wanted to reduce the amount of potions he had to buy every time he goes to HI...not necessarily heal faster (using more potions)... but that is indeed good to know  if i get in a tight spot where I am about to die.

Please share your numbers so I can fill out the chart!

will update the chart when i get at least 5 numbers.

wow nice numbers... but which lines are which skill???
the chart is meaningless with out that.... though I think its laid out like mine.

where did you get the information????

you got right Ele i just brainless copy data
today i used some long long not used alts and

for stunt from medicine =0 and
stunt from alchemy=0 healing=5
stunt from alchemy=1 healinh=5
stunt from alchemy=2 healing=6
stunt from alchemy=3 healing=6

stunt from medicine=1 from alchemy=0 and healing effect from SP pot=6

hmm looks like some values in table isnt correct for me

You are correct, I skipped one column.

Its simple math. If you read description of Intensify effect, "Passive skill, increase the effect of the lasting potion
used in yourself. Upgrade each level will increase its effect by 10%", you get this values:

And you cant heal yourself 5.5 or 12.8 so its rounded to lower number and you get this:
