I'll start.

I would add houses that players could purchase, own and furnish in the game.

I would add a barber shop to change hair styles and colors...
or a beauty shop to change around facial features.

id add a tailor shop, so we could make our clothes look the way we want
i miss my old naval captain uniform, i hate all the glowy spiky armor

another game in a galaxy far far away that i have played probably has the best gear system ive ever seen
the orange and better tier gear keeps its looks and u can swap out modules which have the stats on them
get the look u like and customize ur stats however u want

Yeah, and you can change the color of your gear by inserting color moduls, you can "paint" all parts of your gear in different color or choose to "paint" it all according to your breast gear and even your comrades (pets) can be dressed the way you want it.
