Whats the point of playing then?? if service is so bad??? Selling unbinding tool (150) if ask customer service..... And this is the answer and after ignore the customer???

I contacted support about possible maximum uses of the tools.

They never did answer if there is a maximum or not.. so I will ask again.

however they did say in this particular case the 3 months is because of an account security issue.

There isn't a maximum amount of unbinds you can use.... Recently used around 15 unbinds on one character. So that theory is out of the window unless Major has used more.

I just got my reply back from Customer support as well ..
so to confirm the above statement:
Support says there is no per month limit on unbinding tools.

so to re-cap:

in this particular case the 3 months is because of an account security issue.
