This last 2 years the transfers were all messed up time wise because of the server merge, update and then the lag issues.

We had server/character name change and transfer
August 25 - September 9, 2020
...and before that 
February 19 to March 3, 2020.
May 14-28, 2019
November 2-13, 2018

So it will be a coin toss as to whether IGG just goes back to the 6 month between transfer events or if they try to get back on the old schedule of transfers right before Thanksgiving and Summer Holidays. (ie. November and May)

Because IGG is IGG... I would guess that the next transfer event would be in February at the earliest
( not when it is most desired by players but when its been 6 months...since the last one was 6 months apart.)

HOWEVER
Chinese new year week long holiday (in China) is February 11- 17, 2021
and we know that week is notorious for hiring new employees country wide...
making IGG support even worse...


so...
if they are smart they will do it the 2 weeks before... but as you know smart and IGG are not always harmonious terms....
so it is more likely the transfer event would happen February 23- March 9, 2021.
(which is pretty much the same dates it happened in 2020)



again this is just  my educated guess.... yes there is always the chance IGG will surprise us and change something to the way the players would like it. Right?
