ok  how hard is it to  give rewards to  the ones  that summited ticket  told what  they wanted  on the rewards  and  it takes over 8 days to get it I summited  my ticket on may 1st  today is  now end of  may 8th so  7 days going on  8  to get new pirate rewards is little  be to long for waiting  who else agrees u spend  up to 20k im  with c is not cheap and don't get items u ask for  it been over 7 days hmmmm 

 when friends  got there rewardes they only put 5k  u would think the ones who spend  more would be first to get  there rewardes  it don't seem like it works this way for  voyage century

how many other  have  had this problem?

? I got with having 20k im don't I qualify for the rest of the items in each one or is it just 20k im I get rewared from 20k im only or can I get 20k im and 15k im and 10k im and 5k im rewareds also I just asking bc it first time doing this event

It looks like IGG doesn't care about you at all. All they want is money. No matter how it is, there are people defending IGG and say "Don't cry/Don't complain...bla bla bla bla". One example is the latency problem. There are so many people having this problem. Some mods even say it is not clear that the problem comes from IGG server or players' own problem. For me, it is quite clear -> it's IGG's problem because there is no chance that so many players having the same problem at the same time.

ok looks like they replied to the May 1 ticket:
"Regarding your concern, your concerned TSID is 51438824.We mentioned that we will give the prize after processing at that ticket."


51438824 is the May 5 ticket.
so they probably closed the May 1 ticket after saying that...and began to process the May 5 ticket.

so, May 1 ticket they said;  wait for your prizes until May 5 ticket is resolved.

Then in the May 5 ticket they say:
"Our team will deal with it and reply to you within 1-7 business days."


this means they have until Friday May 15 to resolve your ticket.
(or reply and say they need more time) - hopefully not


You are not the only one who had problems with receiving prizes;

Unfortunately because they told you to wait until May 15 we  are not suppose to do anything...
though all we (moderators) can do anyway is put FOK name in the title and hope he sees it.

all you can do is keep writing tickets if they dont give you your prizes... IF Fok does look at this he will need an open ticket so keep checking them and writing more if they get closed with out resolution.
