Please once more to check ticket 51437836 from first May as I did not receive complete reward but only part of it.
again that's where I differ with Led....
most places you wait 3-5 business days before upping the complaint....
and since its IGG I usually say 5 business days.
(so since event ended Sunday May 3... Customer service should have given Prizes Monday May 4th.... and so if you wrote on Monday May 4th you would wait until Monday May 11 to try to have FOK intervene)
IF i got the info correct:
this case it is customer service that already contacted them and gave only 1/2 the prizes for the (New)Pirate King’s Treasure IM event.
(let me know if i got event wrong)
Hopefully everyone else also already wrote customer service and made a ticket letting them know their mistake.
BTW which part of the reward did you not get??
The part of the Reward you choose?? or the middle column (the "set part" ) - not sure what to call that part of the reward ..
