Ahoy mates!

What do You think about my little project webpage voyagecentury.info

There will be VCO Almanac online that, can get statistics of registered in web page players how much people pass some questlines and different quests that other people can check where find help or suggestion, there will be marketplace where people who want something sell but not always online can reserved item and later in game buy that item. And see progress line of players who pass more quests and who are which level who have what kind of items - its future of almanac and that almanac would be live which can upgrade people where can people put screenshots of items and register items that many havent seen before from game...

What are you think about that, and how about igg if i use that name of webpage and do something like that ? Your suggestions, ideas ?

We already have
the guides section here in the forums - list of guides
the pirates cove (info site) ;  http://thepiratescove.org/
(pirates cove)  navigator ; http://thepiratescove.org/navigator/
Voyage Century online wiki;  https://voyagecentury.fandom.com/wiki/Voyage_Century_Online
and there is a vco Discord server;  link to thread in forum w/ address

and nobody uses them much (other than discord).

most players are higher level so you would only need to create/find upper instance guides...
(we do not have guides for Yizhou and newer instances)
and the problem begins in that the instances are complicated and require coordination between different players... so no one wants to write and definitely no one wants to read a guide like that.

most new players do not expect to have to look for guides to play a game.
so they do not even think to ask others in game about one (and IGG refuses to even put a link to the guides from game to forum)

That being said... If you enjoy programming and making web sites it would be a great undertaking.. and not be totally unwelcome.
just understand that it is really hard to get people to know your resource is out there.

- Ele

ps. we lost a LOT of pictures in our guides when tinypic went away... but not ONE person has complained.. so we can pretty much guess that our guides are not being used.

People use guides , and people expect you to have watched guides for old content in other games , that said having a user in control of Igg website , you're asking to get scammed

Still cool that you want to help the community making another website. Yes we already have some tool, guides, websites and co. But keep going. It is important work.
