i think igg service always moking player
they just want work when they want.
no rule no idea no concept.
they always want to make $ without work.
can we get live support like before?
No one in service has probably even seen a screen shot of our game... so they have to answer with robot like replies until they can forward the problem to someone who has a clue.
I don't think you remember how bad live support was.....
Support was just as bad as now because they couldn't understand what we were trying to say and like now they didn't play the game. Only difference now is they just dont answer where before they HAD to say some nonsense stuff because they were live.
Also no way IGG will pay a person to answer texts 24/7 or even 9-5 for a game with as little population as ours.
ALL tickets reach head of this game for review if NOT SOLVED . You guys need to know how important this is .
IGG has a different culture in workplace and it seems slow to us because it has many steps and reviews and NO WAY to improvise .( at this level ) .
Because you are used to faster action you assume nothing is being done . This is a false assumption .
