Hello. I already asked about unbinding Cursed Huge Immortal Head in a ticket and they said :" We do apologize for the wait. Regarding your problem, please kindly prepare the lv140 unbinding tool and then put the desired item in the first slot. We would help you deal with it during our Working Time". I already did that and i expected after today maintenance the item will be unbound but it isnt yet and my Ticket Its Solved . I already wrote another ticket ... FOK can you help me unbind the item pls !? thks
Same thing happened to me. When I sent another ticket, they said I need 150 tool, not 140, even though they said I need 140 before.

make sure you attach a copy of what you were told.. and not in text but a screen shot that shows the time stamp and everything..
and then say in your text GM said 140 tool see attachment.
Try doing it that way and see if it works.
You will get a different support person each time so you need to educate support on your own.
PS it will only get worse after the holiday.. expect a large turn over of IGG employees.
