Here's a small update. This actually shows they have no idea what are they doing.
So according to this, they already sent the compensation request before, but it was denied. That's a complete bullshit because in my previous ticket, they didn't even acknowledge the bug, even though I linked all of funs posts and even the notice on the main page. Now they are changing their story. They also closed the ticket cause apparently the problem is resolved. Who cares if we lost thousands of mod stones, wasted a month participating in crete siege for no reason.
well i recently had a ticket explaining them that i wasted Item Mall Items due to a BUG ingame.... i explained them the bug and where/how to find it + kindly asked to get my items back.
But no .....giving back not possible ...... this support is (sometimes) just hillarious
The fact that they are completely disconnected from this reality is what gets me the most. Its so obvious they are not even reading our tickets, they are just using prepared statements which they copy paste as answers.
