what does "relevant information " mean??
if its a personal issue or something you dont want to share info about just say briefly possible account hacking or lost my password 2nd time or something.

Service center has not answered tickets in over a month...
We are pretty much of the conclusion that no one works in OUR service center anymore.
We know the live chat people for the mobile games can get help... more than likely who ever WAS our person is covering for a mobile game and they have left us with no one.
I will be more careful and check dates of tickets when posted... you missed the date above as well at first lol...
but its been a week now so if it is still unanswered... it would get kicked to FOK now anyway.
Anyway... I'll make sure that the support people have had 1 week to answer before I put FOK name in a thread just in case they decide to come back to work for our game.
BTW have you noticed even our maintenance is handled by another (non VCO) team now.
