Certainly not going to get a good answer from IGG. I recently sent them an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) ab't a problem. Their response was to tell me to go to http://service.sns.us.browsergame.com/tickets.php?gid=5 -- and when you go there, the 1st thing you see as the page is loading is:
"Complaints & Suggestions
PS: Please tell us your game and FBID in your letter."
And if you scroll over the email addy and bomb out of that page to get to your email, well, the rest of the page doesn't show up and so you do NOT see the form that they want you to fill out! SMH [I have a degree in management and spent 20 years in customer service. These guys need lots of help!]

again this game is 10 + yrs old
It has almost zero customer support or tech help etc.
We players must try to solve most all game problems that we can and if we cant do it then we TRY to pass it on to IGG and just HOPE IGG will solve it.
A lot of problems go unsolved... so we have to just ignore the problems that dont get solved and play the best we can.
IGG in the last 3-5 years has decided to focus only on their mobile phone games... they have pretty much left the other games out to dry...
This is just a reality that if you play this game you have to accept...
and unfortunately there is still no other game out there like this one...
(there are other pirate games but not as complex)...
so we put up with the inconvenience.
ps. but honestly even when the game was new people were complaining about what was then a Live support. Their inability to speak fluent English and the fact than none of the operators played the game so had no real idea what you were talking about and therefore requiring screen shots of everything even if it didn't really explain the problem.... sigh
ah the old days.

he is an old guy *wink* and is often on meds for pain....
I had trouble understanding what he meant before his injuries and now...
ok he is in theory in charge of us moderators... if IGG ever listens.
but unfortunately he has discovered accessing the forum by cell phone... and now his messages are even harder to understand because they are shorter... though he also tends to write LOOONG posts as well from time to time...
well we all have our quirks.
