Guide is now completed basically. I'm pretty much sure I've added all of the shields available in game. I don't remember seeing any other shields anywhere.

If anyone wants to add something feel free to post. I'll be giving away karma for any useful info.

i wondered if those low,secondary and high lvl shield drawings still drop ?

They are found in those safes, Silver Safe, Gold Safe, Diamond Safe etc. Safes are dropped from pirate bosses and flagships.
