    Blackbeard has disappeared ever since the last Sea Battle. Some say he's dead, while some say he's gone in hiding. There are even people who've gone plundering in his name.
    The Government has received reports that Blackbeard has appeared in somewhere to conduct some kind of transaction. He is heavily guarded.

    You'll be handsomely rewarded if you can defeat Blackbeard.
