Download and install in this order:

1. Main client version 0.148
2. Patch version 0.148 - 0.149
3. Patch version 0.149 - 0.150
4. Patch version 0.150 - 0.151
5. Patch version 0.151 - 0.154

Make sure you run the files in order and you run them as an administrator (Right click run as administrator).

Also please install the main client outside program files directory. Make a Games folder under C:\ disk and install it in there.
