Hello! I wasn't some time in game and now i have other email and want change email, i have been write letter that ticket and special form to change email but no answer, by ticket i get letter wait 7 days, but there more than 7 days and no answer just w t f happen here in game ?????? it is time when email is not able to change, ticket answers no answers long time, how can i normaly play if game make all to players cant do anything???

They sent e-mail to the one you register with , I just recently went into this problem after my password stopped working.
If like me old e-mail is gone forever , then they are not helping anyone by sending new pass or info to old e-mail.

Email support form and email changing process has changed since Led did his... yep all new in the last couple months.

You can no longer use an online form to change your email address.
You HAVE TO contact support.

And You only get one email change over the life of your account.

support should have sent the email to the email address you entered on your "ticket"...
hopefully you entered the working address.

Support seems rather busy with this session halted bug.... sigh
but you can also go into the support page and click on the tab "my tickets"
then select the report you want to look at and see if they have made any replies.

I think there are 3 "status'"....
Pending - not read by support yet
Processing - read but no action taken
Resolved - IGG has closed the ticket

anyone get any other status?
